went to the daniel libeskind lecture in the waterfront hall, which was to launch the University of Ulster Real Estate Initiative. the first few speakers were so boring, but Libeskind is so enthusiatic about his work, it was really good. I saw him a couple of years ago when he lectured before, but this was about more recent work, including the ground zero project. very good.
